In order to make SINFO 28 possible and be sure that everything is ready on time, companies assume the compromise of respecting the following deadlines. For late submissions, the SINFO team can't guarantee the presence of those missing elements during the event (even if they are included in the company's package) :

After reading this page, it is understandable that some questions were raised. It's been 28 years of SINFO and there is always something that can be explained better. Here are some of the most Frequently Asked Questions from past editions. If your question is not listed, contact us in the next section.
Yes, the Diamond Package is for our Main Sponsor, therefore it is only possible to have one company. If there is more than one company interested in this package, the package will be auctioned by closed letter to deliver until a deadline to be defined.
The names should not exceed 30 characters, and, at the same time, should be appealing and descriptive of the tematics discussed during the session. According to our statistics the companies who follow these guidelines end up having a highly crowded session.
The logo should be sent in vectorial format (.ai, .svg, .eps, .pdf, etc.). If none
of those
is available, you should send us a .png
with the maximum resolution available.
If the company has different logos for different color backgrounds, you
should send us all of the possible options.
